Maintenance
Your website is "open" 24/7 greeting your customers and representing you and your brand. Regular monitoring of your website is essential for keeping your website up-to-date and secure.
- Weekly Back-ups
- Once per week, we will create a backup of your website and store it for you in the location of your choice.
- Weekly Malware scans
- Once per week, we will scan your website for malware and fix minor issues.
- CMS updates (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
- We keep updated on the newest updates coming in from major CMS providers and will update your CMS when those security or feature updates are available.
- WordPress Plug-in/Themes updates
- Once per week our team will check your plug-ins and themes for updates. If an update is available, we will install it and check for errors.
- Preferred Priority in our queue
- Get preferred priority in our queue for updates! This means your website goes to the top of our list when updates are required.
- Minor code changes as needed for updates or maintenance
- Sometimes updates to the CMS, themes, or plug-ins cause errors in how your website displays in a browser. We will fix any minor issues as we update your website.
- Does not include:
- Design work or major code changes. Unfortunately, we can not provide major code changes under this package, but we will send you an estimate for the updates and a report explaining why these changes would be necessary. This usually happens when a theme or website has not undergone maintenance in a very long time or at all, and breaks due to a WordPress security update.
Hourly Custom Code/Design
Just need a one page website? Need some Add-ons? This package is for you to hire us to do those odd little tasks that you just need a professional to do and you don't want to pick a package.

Our Process
Plan
We will create an outline for your website together or you can create the outline on your own. The outline will describe the main pages and subpages that your website will contain. It will also describe the navigation and any images or animations that would enhance your website. You will decide the information that will be contained on each of these pages and will provide that written content. Additionally, we will provide a worksheet so that you can understand all of the materials needed for me to get started on your project. During this stage, we can decide what graphics/photos will be needed and who will provide them. If you require stock photos, we can obtain them for you and add the cost to the overall project fee.
Design
We will provide you with design mock-ups that will showcase the design concept for your website based on the discussions we had during the planning stage. The concept will showcase the basic navigation and design scheme that will remain the same across all of the pages of your website.
Build
We will provide one page of the website to be used as a proof for your approval. The page will be loaded in the customer area of my website so that you are able to see how the design looks in the browser. The Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) template and the navigation are created. Once the template is approved, text and images are placed on the pages. We offer two rounds of revisions for client-requested changes so that you can make edits and corrections after you've seen your developed website. We will thoroughly test the site after it has been completely assembled and revised. The final version of the website will be loaded to our server and you will have an opportunity to approve the final version of the website.
Launch
We launch your new website. We will upload the files to your server and test the website for any problems. Once the website is available to the public, we will submit your website to the major search engines.
